I've seen in many pictures of her wearing it. Also in her "7 Things" video I saw it. Does she have an allergy or medical condition?
Or is she copying Nick Jonas?I think it IS nick jonases. the one she was wearing has the medical sign on it and i've seen pics of nick with "his" dogtag it had jewels on it....maybe they switchedProbably just a fashion statement like nelly had that stupid bandaid on his face.apparently nick jonas gave it to her. but dog tags r lame. they're made of plastic (but hers is probably made of gold and silver b/c she's so rich and just cant get enough of "rewarding" herself with the amount of money she's getting even though she didnt have to work so much for it) and once ur bored of them u chuck them into the trash.In the 7 things video, it was Nick's old dog tag for his diabetes, but she claims she has a condition called hypoglycemia[related to sugar, just like Nick's diabetes.] so i dont really believe it.She wants to be a man.because she has a medical condition

Not only does she wear the diabetes dog tag to show support for Nick, but she also wants to use her fame to bring attention to the fight against this condition.It's Nick Jonas's.
