Japanese Restaurant Menu

  • A friend of mine recently went to a Japanese restaurant out of town, and she got a small poster with what seems to be hiragana.
I was wondering if anyone could possibly translate it, either english or romaji.
I tried to do it myself, but I don't recognize some of the symbols. It maybe the font that is making it so difficult, or maybe I just don't know the symbols.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
