I was at a photo show and saw a few photos with grungy borders. How is this effect achieved? ThanksI make full frame neg carriers from mat board.That would work for full frame (and I need to make some myself) but can you get the filed out effect? Or a ripped paper effect maybe? I need to try that out.yeah that's what i meant. now negatives fill the carrier i have... so is there an alternate method?Matboard doesn't give the funky reflections that filed aluminum does, but the hole can be cut to any shape, as long as it will still hold the neg.Ya buy another one and ya file it out.Define grungy...
